I added an applique of one of the smiling flowers to the top. The dress is finished with a matching fabric bow. The neckline and chest close with velcro for fit and ease in dressing. SIZE: XXXSMALL NECK...6 1/2" CHEST...9 1/4" EXTENDS TO 10 1/4" BACK LENGTH...8" You will need to measure your doggies neck, chest and back length to insure a nice fit.
