A Spring Love Shantung Dress

Your child will be the star in this classic white shantung dress with ruffles. The dress includes special details like a flower heart applique with a bee, heart and leafs buttons and a shirred waist for a swingy shape. The shoulder straps as well as the skirts hem line have been detailed with a red ric rac to match the top and underskirt.
