Please allow 5-10 business days for your goodies to be processed then shipped out. this is just an estimate for time i have a lot of local orders as well. If you have a date you need your orders to arrive close/by please let me know, i am more than willing to accommodate you. Our goodies are made fresh THE day of your shipment with the exception of Our Hand Decorated Cookies, they take 24 hours to dry before shipping.
Why the 5-8 days, i also have a lot of local orders to fill as well, that time frame gives me the time to fit in all of my orders :)
please take into account the time and day you placed your order, we do not work on weekends and fallow all postal serves holidays, this can affect shipping times.
The standard shipping method is USPS 2-3 day Postal Priority Mail but we recommend express mail. USPS does not guarantee a delivery date, therefore we can not guarantee a delivery date. If you require a specific delivery date you must pay for UPS or FED EX shipping which is much higher than USPS.
I will not take responsibility for your package once it leaves my care. We do our best to insure packages will arrive safely.
As of 2/15/2008 Insurance is included in your shipping cost for pretzels and decorated cookies how ever we recommend you buy insurance for our other products as well, USPS may cover broken or damaged goods but that is left up to their discretion.
